This is our first run of the BAC855 kit for the JackRabbit OG. We will build a small number of these kits for pre-order in our November Preview Sale.
The BAC855 kit plugs into your stock JR OG 300W motor and throttle. It does NOT come with brake cut-off connectors or a display, and can be powered on/off with the stock throttle.
We are shipping these kits with a flash for the RangeBuster battery. The stock battery cannot support this power level - if you absolutely must have this kit with the stock battery, reach out and we can send you the stock battery flash.
Lead time will adhere to our standard 2-6 weeks, with a 95% guarantee to delivery before Christmas.

WHAT IS THE COMPATIBILITY OF THIS KIT?

HOW DOES THE LIGHT MODULE WORK?
The Light Module (LM) is a custom-designed PCB that manages all the step-down and switching circuits to support peripherals such as lights and horns. We wire each (LM) to connect to the stock vehicle lighting, so a LM only supports the same lights as a stock vehicle. Hold the (+) button to turn on the LM.
The LM is an optional add-on for some vehicles that may have been modified to use external lights.
WHAT IS THE PERFORMANCE UPGRADE FROM THIS KIT?
WHAT ARE THE RIDE MODES?
Ride modes follow the legal US limits, with an unlimited mode at the highest. Your kit will power on at Mode 1 always.
Mode 1: 750W, 20mph top speed (Class 2 ebike)
Mode 2: 1200W, 28mph top speed (Class 3 ebike)
Mode 3: 2500W, 35mph top speed (Private riding only)
DOES THIS VOID MY BIKE'S MANUFACTURER WARRANTY?
CAN I UPGRADE OTHER PARTS?
Yes! We have some flashes available. Flashes that have already been tried and reported successful by other customers are available on our Member's Page. Otherwise, reach out to us!
