SUPER73 R/S SERIES

48V STOCK

Stock flash (8/5/25):

DOWNLOAD 48V STOCK

Uses time-based foldbacks. You will see Kilowatt messages of "motor over-temp" - this is NORMAL! This flash should avoid most cutouts on stock batteries.

If you've only installed the BAC855, this flash will work for you.

48V DUAL

This flash is for the following setup:

  • BAC855
  • Dual stock 48V batteries
  • Stock motor

DOWNLOAD 48V DUAL

This is the flash you need if you've upgraded your stock vehicle with a dual 48V battery setup. Your batteries are set up in parallel, and you now can deliver up to 80A continuous of current at 48V nominal voltage. You'll get more power and acceleration by uploading this flash.

NOTE: Folks have been having trouble with the Chi splitter setup. We think it's because they come under-built with 30A fuses in-line. Recommend replacing with 50A fuses to get the appropriate amount of power.

60V UPGRADE

This is the flash you need if you've upgraded your battery to a 60V battery. The peak power is set to 6500W. You'll get above 40mph, and more power and acceleration by uploading this flash.

60V UPGRADE (BAC2000)

This is the flash that comes stock on a BAC2000 for R/S Series. It requires an adequately powerful 60V battery, along with a stock motor.

If you upgraded to a BAC855 and have a hi-output 60V battery (>60A continuous), then use this flash. BE WARNED that Zooz motors have no temperature sensors, and will overheat even in a stock powertrain. Temperature management (not riding too hard for too long) is your responsibility!
